Power Gaming

Power Gaming refers to the practice of portraying a character with exaggerated abilities or actions that are unrealistic or unfair within the context of the roleplay world.

  • Using user created documents I.E. medical records / insurance policies / fraudulent documents without Royal London Roleplay management approval and without justifiable RP, is prohibited. If you wish to use these in the city, please contact management via a support ticket and discuss the RP scenario and documents you wish to use.

  • Forcing an unrealistic scenario for example: roleplaying fatal injuries when they were only minor to avoid roleplaying with the emergency services, blocking the entrances and exits to buildings with vehicles is prohibited unless there are suitable RP reasons. Failure to comply will result in bans being issued. Repeat offences will result in the bans becoming more severe.

  • Using in-game mechanics to gain unfair or unrealistic advantage. Failure to comply will result in bans being issued. Repeat offences will result in the bans becoming more severe.

  • Communicating while downed, whether in the city or out of the city, will be classed as power/meta gaming. Failure to comply will result in bans being issued. Repeat offences will result in the bans becoming more severe.

  • Transferring of funds between multiple characters that you own, is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in bans being issued. Repeat offences will result in the bans becoming more severe.

  • Driving at unrealistic speeds in an unrealistic manner. Failure to comply will result in bans being issued. Repeat offences will result in the bans becoming more severe.
